Gluten Free?

The nuts are gluten free! Therefore, you will not find any wheat or related wheat species and hybrids, barley, rye, and oats in this product.  So, if you are gluten intolerance then you have nothing to worry about here.

The shelf life is 6 plus months.  To warm the nuts up, spread the nuts out onto a cookie sheet and place it in the oven under low heat. Be sure that the paper cone is not in the oven.  Watch the nuts so you don’t overheat them.  On a sunny day—put a folded nut cone in a windowsill and allow the sun to warm the nuts up.
